Shipping, Refund & Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, however, for any reason you are dissatisfied, please email us at hello@teaassociates.com.au and quote your order number and let us know the reason for your concerns.

We will happily exchange or refund any unopened teas or accessories. Our policy requires you to return the item within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused, unopened and still in original packaging. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return postage fees.

Once the returned item is received, we will process a refund within 2 working days.

 Order Processing

• We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
• If you experience delays or issues with tracking, please reach out to us for support at hello@teaassociates.com.au.

Delivery Rates & Timeframes

• We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
• Delivery typically takes less than 5 business days to Australian metro and regional areas.
