- Ordering Process and Eligibility
- Orders are placed through our Website. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review this confirmation for accuracy and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
- For subscriptions, a Tea Associates account will be automatically created upon initial payment processing, and subsequent payments will be processed automatically without additional reminders.
- Tea Associates does not guarantee the availability of all products at all times; however, we do our best to maintain stock for subscription orders.
- Subscription Service
Our Subscription Service allows you to receive regular deliveries of your favourite tea blends. When you choose the subscription option for a product, you are creating a repeat order for that item, allowing you to maintain your tea routine seamlessly.
Subscriptions are available for all loose leaf and biodegradable tea bag products. When you place a subscription order, a customer account will automatically be created for you, if one does not already exist. This account will store your subscription details and allow you to manage your preferences.
Subscribing gives you 10% off each recurring subscription order. This discount is applied to the regular price of the item.
For subscription orders under $85, standard postage charges will apply. Orders totalling $85 or more will qualify for free delivery in line with our existing website policy. Postage costs are added at checkout, and the total amount will be reflected in your payment confirmation.
- Order processing and notifications
Subscription payments are processed automatically on your designated reorder date (clearly located in your Tea Associates account). Once payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order is on its way.
- Pausing or cancelling your subscription
You may pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription service anytime up to one day before your next payment processing date. Simply log in to your account to make changes.
Subscription payments require a valid credit or debit card. If payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or outdated card details, your subscription order will be cancelled. You are responsible for keeping payment information up to date. For security, all payments are processed through secure external gateways, and we do not store or view complete card details.
Discount codes can be applied to the total of your first subscription order only. Subsequent recurring orders will use the standard subscription discount.
- Changes to subscription service

Subscription purchases are non-refundable, except in cases where an error has occurred on our end.
