Sassy is our award-winning chai tea blend, created with both depth and warmth. Built on a base of black tea, it’s layered with cinnamon, sarsaparilla and liquorice, with hints of star anise, rose and lavender adding softness and complexity.
Full of flavour and naturally comforting, this is a tea you will enjoy when you want something warming and satisfying. Sassy can be taken black, with a dash of milk, or even infused into milk over the stove then strained into your mug. Sassy is equally beautiful on it's own or paired with Turkish Delight or sweets of your choosing.

Ingredients
Black Tea, Sarsaparilla, Cinnamon, Liquorice, Star Anise, Rose Petals and Lavender.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Brewing
Add 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup. Brew for 3-5 minutes.

You can enjoy Sassy as a traditional black tea by steeping in hot water; for a creamier texture, add a splash of milk. Alternatively, gently heat Sassy directly in your milk of choice over the stove and strain into your cup to create a Chai Latte, you can also sweeten your brew with honey to taste.
